Just Dial to offer Retail Discount, Safety Net
Just Dial, which is coming up with an IPO from May 20, 2013, has announced that the company will offer a Retail Discount and a Safety Net mechanism for the benefit of investors

The IPO, which received a CRISIL IPO Grade 5/5 indicating strong fundamentals, will remain open for subscription till May 22, 2013 and consists of shares having Face Value of Rs.10/- each, offered in a price band of Rs.470/- to Rs.543/- per equity share. CRISIL assigns IPO grading on a scale of IPO Grade 5 to IPO Grade 1, with IPO Grade 5 indicating strong fundamentals and IPO Grade 1 indicating poor fundamentals. (It may be however, be noted that this grade is not an opinion on whether the issue price is appropriate in relation to the issue fundamentals)

Just Dial has offered a discount of 10% on the floor price to the retail individual investors. Just Dial has also announced that it will offer a safety net mechanism which will be available to all retail individual investors applying in IPO for amount up to Rs.50,000. The safety net would be triggered in case the price of the share fall over 20% from the issue price

CRISIL has assigned an IPO Grade 5 to MCX IPO. This means as per CRISIL, the company has 'Strong Fundamentals'. CRISIL assigns IPO grading on a scale of IPO Grade 1 to IPO Grade 5, with IPO Grade 1 indicating poor fundamentals and IPO Grade 5 indicating strong fundamentals

Multi Commodity Exchange of India Ltd (MCX) is India based electronic commodity futures exchange. MCX provides online trading facility along with clearing and settlement operations for commodity futures across India.

Earlier, CRISIL Research had undertaken a fresh grading exercise for MCX as the grade assigned to the company on June 15, 2011 had expired and has reaffirmed grade 5/5 to the proposed initial public offer (IPO) of Multi Commodity Exchange of India (MCX)

This grade indicates that the fundamentals of the IPO are strong relative to other listed equity securities in India. However, this grade is not an opinion on whether the issue price is appropriate in relation to the issue fundamentals. The grade is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold the graded instrument, its future market price or suitability for a particular investor

L&T Finance Holdings IPO has received an IPO Grade 5/5 (Five out of Five Rating) from credit rating agency CARE. CARE assigns IPO grading on a scale of IPO Grade 1 to IPO Grade 5, with IPO Grade 5 indicating strong fundamentals and IPO Grade 1 indicating poor fundamentals. An IPO Grade 5/5 from CARE indicates "Strong Fundamentals"

The grading reflects strong consolidated financial position, comfortable liquidity position with strong resource raising ability and good asset quality of its subsidiaries. L&T Finance is a financial holding company offering a diverse range of financial products and services across the corporate, retail and infrastructure finance sectors, as well as mutual fund products and investment management services, through its direct and indirect wholly-owned subsidiaries.

The company intends to use the proceeds of the issue to augment the capital base of L&T Finance and L&T Infra to meet the capital requirements arising out of expected growth in their assets, primarily the loan portfolio, and for other general corporate purposes. JM Financial, Citigroup and HSBC are among the book running lead manager to the issue

Coal India IPO, the IPO of the world's largest coal miner, will open for subscription from Monday, October 18, 2010 and would remain open for subscription till Thursday, October 21, 2010.
