The price band for the upcoming IPO of Bharti Infratel has been declared. The shares will be offered in a price band of Rs.210/- to Rs.240/- a piece. Bharti Infratel is one of the world's largest telecom tower
infrastructure providers which deploys, owns and manages telecom towers
and communication structures for all wireless operators
The promoter of the company is Bharti Airtel Limited. The Issue Size of the IPO would be Rs.3966 to Rs.4533 Crores for shares having a Face Value of Rs.10 each. The IPO would remain open for subscription between December 11, 2012 and December 14, 2012. Besides general corporate purposes, the following are the objects of the issue:
