The Equity Shares of Manganese Ore India Limited (MOIL) will be listed and admitted to the dealings on the exchanges with effect from Wednesday, December 15, 2010 in the 'B' Group of Securities.
The Equity Shares under the IPO were offered in a price band of Rs.340/- to Rs.375/- per equity share with a Discount of 5% on the final issue price for Retail and Employees categories. The Issue Price was fixed at the upper end of the price band at Rs.375/- per equity share. Consequently, the Issue Price for Retail and Employees categories was Rs.356.25/- per share
