NMDC FPO had received feeble subscription from the Retail Category which was subscribed 0.22 times. The Issue Price for the FPO was fixed at Rs.300/- per equity share, which was also the floor price of the Price Band of Rs.300/- to Rs.350/- per equity share. Retail Investors would receive a 5% Discount on the Issue Price. Thus, Retail Investors would get Rs.15/- per equity share as discount on an Issue Price of Rs.300/- per equity share. Consequently, the Retail Investors would get Equity Shares at Rs.285/- per equity share
