IL&FS Transportation IPO and Pradip Overseas IPO close today

The IPO of IL & FS Transportation Networks Limited, a surface transportation infrastructure company, and one of the largest private sector BOT road operators in India, closes for subscription today. The IPO has received an average response till second day of the IPO, with overall subscription figure standing at 1.86 times till the second day. The IPO, which opened on Thursday, March 11, 2010, was subscribed 34% till the first day

Also closing today is the Pradip Overseas IPO, which is subscribed 2.27 times till Day 2 of its opening
