    Jindal Cotex Limited (JCL), is coming up with an IPO of about 1,24,53,894 Equity Shares, each having a Face Value of Rs.10/- each. Jindal Cotex Limited (JCL) is a flagship company of Jindal group of Ludhiana. The equity shares are offered in a price band of Rs.70/- to Rs.75/- per equity shares.
