The IPO of Globus Spirits Ltd., a leading player in the Alcohol industry in North India. and engaged in the business of manufacturing, sales and marketing of Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL), Industrial Alcohol and Country Liquor, is opening for subscription from today. The IPO consists of 7,500,000 Equity Shares, each having a Face Value of Rs.10/- each. The price band for the IPO is fixed at Rs.90/- to Rs.100/- per equity share. The IPO will remain open till Wednesday, September 02, 2009
