The IPO of Adani Power Limited (APL), a power project development company and a part of Adani Group, a leading business group in India opens from subscription from today, i.e. Tuesday, July 28, 2009. The IPO consists of 301,652,031 Equity Shares of a Face Value of Rs. 10/- each
The price band for Adani Power IPO has been fixed at Rs.90/- to Rs.100/- per equity shares. The IPO opens from July 28, 2009. The Bid Lot is 65 equity shares and in multiples thereof. The IPO will remain open till Friday, July 31, 2009
