The IPO of Emaar MGF Land Limited, a joint venture between Emaar Properties PJSC (“Emaar”) of Dubai and MGF Development Limited (“MGF”) of India, may hit the markets soon.
The issue size will be 117,389,914 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each.
The price band for the IPO is likely to be Rs. 725/- to Rs. 850/- per equity share
