PAN Card Mandatory for Retail Investors applying in IPOs

SEBI has made it mandatory for Retail Investors applying in IPOs to submit PAN Card Copy and Number irrespective of the Bid Size. Earlier, a copy of PAN Card and Number were compulsory for applications of Rs.50,000 or more.

However, now it is mandatory that every application by retail investors have to be attached by a PAN card copy, Number or Form 60 or Form 61.
