BSE IPO fairly priced: Investment Bankers

With Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) coming up with its IPO in the coming week, the investment bankers have commented upon the pricing of the IPO

According to Edelweiss Securities President and CEO Vikas Khemani, "After taking intensive feed back from the institutional investor and following due process, price discovery has been done. Further based on international comparisons (with global stock exchanges) I think we have arrived at a fair price"

According to the investment bankers "its not just the success of the IPO that matters but also long term success for the new shareholders that come in to that extent institutional investor who will continue so that factor has also been kept in mind"

The price band for the IPO of Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) is fixed at Rs. 805 to Rs.806 a piece. Applications can be made in a bid lot of 18 Equity shares and in multiples thereof
