Shipping Corporation of India FPO is subscribed 2.81 times on an overall basis till December 3, 2010 1300 hrs IST. The Retail Category is also fully subscribed till 1 PM on December 3, 2010

SCI FPO consists of 84,690,730 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each in a price band of Rs.135/- to Rs.140/- per equity share. The Retail Category would get a discount of 5% on the Issue Price. Shipping Corporation of India Ltd (SCI) is a “Navratna” company and is India’s largest shipping companies handling about 35% of market share. SBI Capital Markets Ltd., IDFC Capital Ltd., and ICICI Securities Ltd. are the Book Running Lead Managers to the issue, whereas Karvy Computershare Pvt. Ltd. is the Registrar to the Issue
