Shipping Corporation of India FPO, which closes for subscription today, has been bid 4.25 times on an overall basis till December 3, 2010 1600 hrs IST. The response from the investors has augmented on the closing day. The FPO was bid 2.33 times till yesterday
The subscription in the Retail Category has boosted up on the closing day quite significantly with the category getting overbid by atleast about 3.60 times till 4 PM on December 3, 2010
SCI FPO consists of 84,690,730 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each in a price band of Rs.135/- to Rs.140/- per equity share. The Retail Category would get a discount of 5% on the Issue Price
