Power Grid Corporation had come up with a Follow-on Public Offer of 841,768,246 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each, which had received a good response from the market with the FPO getting subscribed 14.88 times on an overall basis
Power Grid has a network of 150,000 transmission towers in India and plans to grow its business through proceeds of the FPO. Power Grid Corporation of India Limited is in the business of transmission of electric power in India
