Claris Lifesciences IPO has been extended till Thursday, December 2, 2010. According to the NSE Website, Book Running Lead Manager to the issue has informed the Exchange that Claris Lifesciences IPO will now close on 2 Dec, 2010 instead of the earlier closing day on 26 Nov, 2010. Post issue modification date has been revised to 3 Dec, 2010 instead of the earlier closing day on 27 Nov, 2010.
Further, the price band for the IPO has also been revised from earlier price band of Rs.278/- to Rs. 293/- per equity share to Revised Price Band of Rs.228/- to Rs.235/- per equity share
Claris Lifesciences IPO had remained undersubscribed till the scheduled closing day, i.e. till Friday, November 26, 2010, with the IPO getting bid 0.44 times on an overall basis till then
