Fatpipe Networks India withdraws IPO

Book Running Lead Manager to the issue has informed that the Book Building issue of Fatpipe Networks India Limited has been withdrawn. Earlier, the IPO was extended with a revision in price band

Fatpipe Networks IPO, which was subscribed only 0.73 times till its earlier scheduled closing date of Wednesday, June 09, 2010, was extended till Monday, June 14, 2010. Further the price band was also revised from Rs. 82/- to Rs. 85/- per equity share to Rs. 80/- to Rs. 85/- per equity share.
