NMDC FPO Bid Lot will be 20 Equity Shares and in multiples thereof. The FPO consists of 332,243,200 Equity Shares of Rs.1/- each in a price band of Rs.300/- to Rs.350/- per equity share. The Retail Individual Bidders and Eligible Employees will receive a 5% discount to the offer price determined pursuant to the completion of the book-building process
NMDC FPO opens for subscription from Wednesday, March 10, 2010 and would remain open for subscription till Friday, March 12, 2010
