The IPO of Intrasoft Technologies Limited, which closed for subscription today, has received an outstanding response from the Investors with the final oversubscription figure nearing to just about 19 times on an overall basis. All the three categories of investors have shown solid support, with QIB and HNI Categories getting oversubscribed more than 21 times. Retail Investors have also shown an enthusiastic response to the IPO with their portion getting overbid by 13.51 times
Intrasoft Technologies IPO consisted of 37,00,000 Equity Shares having a Face Value of Rs.10/- each. The Company provides its services through website 123greetings.com, which is the largest electronic greeting cards website in India and 2nd largest in the world. 123greetings has range of over 20,000 electronic greeting cards designed to cater to varying geographical and religious celebrations, occasions and other events
