IL & FS Transportation Networks Limited, a surface transportation infrastructure company, and one of the largest private sector BOT road operators in India, is entering the capital markets with an IPO with an Issue Size of about Rs.700 Crs
The IPO would remain open for subscription between Thursday, March 11, 2010 and Monday, March 15, 2010. The Equity Shares are proposed to be listed on both the BSE and NSE
