Persistent Systems Ltd., a technology company specializing in outsourced software product development (OPD), is proposing an IPO of about 54,19,706 equity shares of Rs 10 each. The Company has filed the draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) for the third time with the Securities & Exchange Board of India (SEBI)
Established in 1990, Persistent Systems has delivered over 2,000 software product releases in the last five years. It designs, develops and maintains software systems and solutions, creates new applications and enhances the functionality of customers' existing software products
