Indiabulls Power Ltd has five thermal power projects under development, which will have a combined installed capacity of 6,615 MW
The IPO of Indiabulls Power Ltd. opens for subscription from today, i.e. Monday, October 12, 2009 and will remain open for subscription till Thursday, October 15, 2009. The IPO consists of 339,800,000 Equity Shares, each having a Face Value of Rs.10/- each. The Equity Shares are offered in a price band of Rs.40/- to Rs.45/- per equity share and a bid lot or minimum order quantity of 150 Equity Shares and in multiples thereof. Indiabulls Power IPO has been assigned IPO Grade 3/5 by credit rating agency CRISIL.
