Titagarh Wagons Ltd. (TWL) has fixed the issue price of its recently closed Initial Public Offer (IPO) at Rs.540/- per equity share which is at the lower end of the price band which was Rs.540/- to Rs.610/- per equity share. The equity shares of the company are proposed to be listed on BSE and NSE.
The IPO was closed on March 27, 2008 and was subscribed 6.75 times
