Acme Tele Power IPO gets IPO Grade 5/5 from CRISIL

The credit rating agency CRISIL, has assigned IPO Grade 5/5 to the proposed initial public offer of Acme Tele Power Ltd. The company proposes to enter capital market with a public issue of 17,283,580 equity shares of face value Rs 2/- each within a price band of Rs 800/- to Rs 950/- per equity share. CRISIL IPO Grade 5/5 indicates that the fundamentals of the issue are strong relative to other listed equity securities in India.
