Refex Refrigerants Limited, a licensed refiller, authorised by the Department of Explosives (Government of India), engaged in the business of refilling non ozone depleting refrigerant gases popularly known as ‘HydrofluoroCarbons’ or ‘HFCs, which are used in Auto air conditioners, Room air conditioners, refrigerators and refrigerating equipments is coming up with an IPO of 38,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each.
